USING THE CHI MASSAGER
HOW TO USE THE CHI MACHINE?
Provide a comfortable surface: a mat or thin mattress.
Use a room where you will not be disturbed: no telephone, meanwhile do not watch television! No children. Soft music is okay.
The chi machine should also be on the floor, at the foot end, and should not be able to slide.
First take in sufficient fluids, for the purification: drink a glass of water.
Lie on the mat and place the ankles in the holders on the machine.
If necessary, e.g. because of lower back pain, a roller or pillow can be placed under the knee(s). Make sure that the lateral movement is not hindered by it. Also avoid using a pillow.
Set the time. Start with 6 minutes, twice a day (less if you have major health problems). Gradually increase to 15 minutes, twice a day. A minute once a day is enough for someone who is in poor health or in a lot of pain. This can be slowly increased as improvement is achieved.
Relax completely while shaking. Stay in touch with your body.
Important: when the chi machine stops, lie still for at least three minutes. Do not jump upright. It is the time of the circulation of healing chi energy throughout the body. 40% of the therapeutic effect occurs while the machine is moving, and 60% when it stops. This 'rest time' allows you to absorb and process as much of the chi energy, cell oxidation, healing and detoxification as possible.
Then put the feet flat on the floor and move the bent legs a few times.
Then get up slowly.
Drink plenty of fluids after use, of course preferably water.
POSTURE ON THE CHI MASSAGE MACHINE
The normal position is with the arms relaxed along the body. The palms are placed up or down, as is most comfortable for you.
By placing the hands under the head, the emphasis is slightly more on the back when shaking.
Good for tension in the shoulders is the posture with the arms stretched back, along the head.
Extra “swing feeling” is created when the arms are stretched out on the thighs.
HOW LONG IN THE CHI MASSAGE?
Using the machine is an intense experience and has a strong effect. Therefore, adjust the time, especially if your body has certain complaints that can be painful. You can then always build up with 2 minutes extra at a time.
Don't start with a full 15 minutes the first few times! The body has to adapt first. If the body is familiar with it, then there is nothing wrong with fifteen minutes.
Twice a day, morning and evening (but not shortly after dinner), is a good rhythm. Some people prefer to use it before breakfast and in the evening before going to sleep to promote sleep and allow natural healing to take place.

BACK, CERVES AND SPINE:
Many of our customers confirm that the chi machine relieves pain in the cervical vertebrae, spine or spine. By moving the ankle holder back and forth, the feet and legs are moved back and forth. WHEN NOT TO USE A CHI MASSAGER?
Pregnancy (the detox and shaking are not ideal for the baby)
Do not use the Chi Machine during the recovery period after surgery or bone fracture.
Severe heart complaints and acute or severe back problems are contraindications.
After hip surgery, wait until the hip is allowed to move again.

CAUTION WHEN USING
Use is not recommended within 30 minutes after eating or longer after a heavy meal.
When certain pains occur during use, it is recommended to investigate them better before further use. (The Chi Machine makes us more alert to oxygen blockages and improves blood flow.)
Temporary headache or fatigue may occur. This is due to the accumulated toxicity that develops in your body's tissues. The dizziness will soon be gone. If these symptoms are too heavy, start with a few minutes a day and drink enough pure water.
If you have a rash or feel pain around the old wounds, this is the decontamination treatment by oxygen supply and the healing of your body. Adjust your term a little lower during your next session.
Caution is advised when using a speed-adjustable chi machine, certainly do not start above 140 and slowly build up from speed 80 to let the body get used to it.

HOW MANY MASSAGE SESSIONS DO I NEED TO GET USED TO THE CHI MACHINE?
The body has to get used to the movement, give your body time to build up the time and speed.
For the over 55s : if over 55 years old, limit the sessions to 2 to 5 minutes daily. If no discomfort is experienced, the sessions can be extended from 5 to 10 minutes in the second week and to the normal session time of 15 minutes in the third week.
For those under 55 years of age: Persons under 55 years of age should initially do 5 minute sessions twice a day, but can build resti up to 15 minutes at their discretion if no discomfort is experienced.
There is no limit to the number of daily sessions other than those stated above, but it is recommended that you take a reasonable break between sessions. You also often exercise with breaks in between, give your body time for rest.
