General terms of use of Chimassage.nl

Chimassage.nl is a part of E-see Internet

 

§1. Scope

 

The terms of business set out here regulate the use of the internet-website www.Gasmask.nl and all offers, services and costs associated therewith, as well as all agreements between E-see Internet and the client insofar as these are connected to the online-shop: Gasmask.nl provided by E-see Internet

 

§2. Personal data and security

 

Personal data will be added to the customer data-base of E-see Internet and should not be made available to third parties. E-see Internet is not liable for unauthorised acquisition of knowledge by third parties, e.g. hackers.
 

§ 3. Payment Methods 

 

Customers have 5 payment options for which no charges will be made: iDEAL, mrCash, Sofort Banking  PayPal (also credit cards) and prepayment. If you cancel the paid order on paypal, you pay the PayPal costs incurred. Not with the other payments options.
 

 

§4. Liability

 

E-see Internet is not liable for the wrong or improper use of the ordered products. The customer is oblige to read the instructions, before the use of a product. In case that a description or instruction is unclear, the customer can contact E-see Internet for help.

 

In the case of liability by E-see Internet, is the maximum amount of liability, the purchase amount of the relevant product.

 

E-see Internet is not liable for deviations in prices, pictures or texts. 

 

§5. Amendments to the general terms of business

 

E-see Internet reserves the right to amend its general terms of business at all time.

 

§6. Place of jurisdiction and concluding provision

 

With regard to the agreement between E-see Internet and customer Netherlands law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Arnhem.
 

If any provisions are invalid or contain loopholes, the remaining provisions remain unaffected by this. Invalid provisions or provisions containing loopholes must be upheld with a valid content that comes as close as possible to the intention of the invalid content.
 

Only the Dutch text of these general terms of business is binding. If any provisions are invalid or contain loopholes, the other provisions remain unaffected by this.
